Description: Named after the feathery clouds, this piece was created mostly in the field while I was guiding on Kulshan (Mount Baker). A lot of the times I’m guiding, I never know if I will have enough time to make any art. Sometimes I pack the art supplies and end up using them. Other times, like this piece, I had less than an hour to lay down the foundation of the artwork before going to bed prior to an alpine start.

Medium: Watercolor and pen/ink on Fabriano 300lb watercolor paper
